Ameeta Swaby is a seasoned leader with 12 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, where she developed a deep expertise in leadership, strategic operations, and problem-solving. Ameeta is a passionate entrepreneur with a diverse business portfolio. She is the founder of Isle of the Pines Property Group and Moore Escapes Property Management, where she oversees a curated collection of Airbnbs and several rental properties, all with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality.
Ameeta and her family—her husband and two children—have made Pinehurst their home, where they enjoy the town's charm and the growth opportunities it offers. When she’s not working, Ameeta is dedicated to her family, often balancing her children's extracurricular activities with her love for travel.
With an unyielding drive, a passion for both community and adventure, and a relentless commitment to making an impact, Ameeta continues to inspire those around her, whether in her professional pursuits or personal endeavors.

Jordan is the Operations Manager for Moore Escapes where she excels at keeping operations organized, efficient, and on track. A proud military veteran, Jordan brings a strong work ethic, adaptability, and discipline to every task. Beyond the "office," Jordan is passionate about fitness and travel—always seeking out new adventures and ways to stay active. She’s also the proud mom of three incredible girls who are her greatest motivation and joy.

A proud North Carolina native, she brings a passion for creating beautiful, welcoming spaces to her role as a Staging Coordinator. With an eye for detail and a love for making homes shine, she takes pride in helping every space look and feel its very best.
When she’s not busy preparing homes, you’ll find her spending time with her beautiful daughter, Sophia, getting in a good workout, or enjoying quality time with her girls. Family, friendship, and staying active are at the heart of who she is, and she brings that same positive energy and dedication to everything she does.

Born and raised just down the road in Spring Lake, NC, Ava knows the area and is proud to call it home. When she’s not working, you’ll find her working out, spending time with her family, and enjoying the people and moments that matter most.

Property ManagerAs a lifelong Moore County resident, Jasmine is passionate about helping homeowners protect their investments while creating exceptional experiences for every tenant. As Property Manager at Moore Escapes, she brings a unique blend of expertise, professionalism, and hometown knowledge to every property she manages. Jasmine’s diverse career includes serving as a Freddie Mac loan underwriter, working in law enforcement with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office, and building a successful real estate career spanning more than 10 years. Her background has given her a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and customer service, qualities that homeowners and tenants can count on. When she’s not managing properties, Jasmine enjoys traveling, hitting the road just to try new restaurants, cooking for family and friends, and cheering on her son at his college basketball games.

When she’s not busy staging our Airbnbs, Jenna is the owner of His & Hers Mobile Bar, bringing her passion for hospitality and entertaining to life in a whole new way. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her lovely daughter, Hayden.
Jenna is passionate about making every Airbnb feel as warm, comfortable, and homey as her own house. She believes it’s the little details that make guests feel truly welcome—and she’s dedicated to making sure every stay feels like home.
